 Diode Module
Power Semiconductor Diode Modules include one or more power diodes and, in some cases, other power semiconductor devices. Diode module packages are electrically isolated, and usually include metal base-plates (sometimes copper) and a DCB Alumina substrate (Al2O3 Insulator). Power Semiconductor Diode Modules have high thermal efficiency, which assures long life and reliable performance. These modules come with voltage ratings typically between 200 – 1,600 volts (available up to 6,500 volts) and current ratings from 10 – 2,500 amps. Many of these Diode Modules are UL Recognized and RoHS-compliant. Applications for Diode Modules include Bridge Circuits (single-phase and three-phase), AC-DC Motor Drives, Battery Chargers, Power Supplies, Large IGBT Front End Circuits, Lighting Control, Heat/Temperature Controls (for large commercial ovens, chemical processes, etc.), Motor Drives, and Industrial Welders. Specific attributes which are important in selecting the right Diode Module for your application include: Configuration – 3 Phase Bridge Rectifier, Antiparallel Pair (unconnected), Diode Phase Leg, Dual Parallel Diodes, Dual Common Anode, etc. (many more configurations available); Voltage Rating (V); Current Rating (A); and Package Type. Our Diode Modules feature a wide range of industry-standard package types. Richardson RFPD maintains a robust selection of Diode Modules from Dynex, Electronic Devices, Inc. (EDI), Microsemi, Mitsubishi, Powerex, and Semikron. |

| | Filter By Parametric Attributes | Help
The parametric search filter allows the user to quickly find the parts they need by filtering the results in real-time.
To filter search results:
For each attribute shown, the user can individually select attribute values or use any combination of the min / max range selectors at the bottom of the attribute.
Additionally, some attributes allow for the conversion of their base type to different types. For example, the attribute group for minimum frequency is shown in MHz. The values can be converted to be shown in KHz or GHz by selecting the conversion type from the ‘Select Conversion’ drop down list.
Any Attribute that does not interest the user can be hidden by clicking on the ‘X” in the upper-right corner of the attribute. To show any hidden attributes, simply click the ‘Unhide Attributes’ button in the bottom of the parametric search filter.
If you are experiencing performance issues, please use a newer browser such as Chrome or Firefox, or disable the ability of the filter to perform dynamic updates by deselecting the checkbox titled ‘Allow Filters to Dynamically Update Parametric Search Attributes’.
