Introducing the next two members of M/A-COM Tech’s comprehensive portfolio of 4-Bit and 6-Bit digital phase shifters for use in X-band applications from 8.0 – 12.0 GHz. These high accuracy phase shifters can be used in either Aerospace and Defense or Commercial applications, including Communication Antennas, Electronic Warfare (EW) and Phased Array Radar.

Each of these X-band digital phase shifters is equipped with an integrated CMOS driver, which allows for either serial or parallel control. They operate using both positive and negative voltage supply and offer low power consumption, insertion loss of 6.5dB with minimal attenuation variation and outstanding phase accuracy over the entire band.
