0.3–20 GHz GaAs pHEMT MMIC LNA
ADI's HMC1049LP5E provides 15 dB of small signal gain, 1.8 dB noise figure, and output IP3 of +29 dBm, while requiring only 70 mA from a +7V supply. Ideal as an LO driver for balanced, I/Q or image reject mixers, it is internally matched to 50 Ohms and available in a QFN 5x5 mm surface mount package.

1.2kV, 13mΩ All-Silicon Carbide Half-Bridge Module
Cree's CAS120M12BM2 includes C2M™ MOSFETs and Z-Rec™ diodes and features ultra-low loss, high-frequency operation, zero reverse recovery current from the diodes, zero turn-off tail current from the MOSFETs, fail-safe operation, ease of paralleling, and a copper baseplate and aluminum nitride insulator. It is available in an industry-standard 62 mm housing for ease of design.

Temperature-Variable Chip Attenuators
The Powerfilm TCAF N05 Series from Aeroflex/Inmet operates from DC to 12 GHz and is designed to vary -.005 dB/dB/ºC to compensate for temperature-induced system gain variation without requiring a bias or control voltage.

Small Form Factor Couplers for A & D
Anaren’s family of defense-grade hybrid and directional couplers are built on the Xinger III platform, featuring the smallest footprint in the industry, with no sacrifice of performance or ability to handle high power. These high-reliability couplers are ideal for aerospace and defense applications where Size, Weight and Power (SWAP) is critical.

Ultra-miniature OCXOs
The IQOV-162 Series of OCXOs from IQD Frequency Products are available in standard frequencies, including 10, 12.8, 19.2, 20 and 38.88 MHz, with either an HCMOS or sinewave output and 3.3V supply. Stability of +/-20 ppb over an operating temperature range of -40 to +85°C makes them ideal for base station, femtocell, satcom and SATA applications.
