DOCSIS 3.1 Active Components
This new product family covers upstream and downstream bands and complements MACOM's recently-introduced portfolio of DOCSIS 3.1-compliant passive components. These amplifiers are designed for head-end, node, system and line access equipment requiring broad bandwidth, high output power and low distortion.
Glitch-less Digital Step Attenuators
Peregrine's PE43711 is a 50Ω 7-bit RF DSA that supports applications from 9 kHz to 6 GHz. It features glitch-less attenuation state transitions and covers a 31.75 dB attenuation range in 0.25 dB, 0.5 dB and 1 dB steps. The PE43712 and PE43713 offer similar performance in different QFN style packages.
High Efficiency 0.5W Small Cell Power Amplifier
Qorvo's TQP9326 is a high-efficiency three-stage power amplifier in a low-cost surface mount package with on-chip bias control and temperature control circuits. It provides 34 dB gain and +27 dBm linear power with linearization correction over the 2.5-2.7 GHz frequency range for Bands 7, 40 and 41.
Airfast RF LDMOS Wideband Integrated Power Amplifier
Freescale's AFIC10275NR1 is a 2-stage, 250W, 50 Ohm internally-matched RFIC operating from 978 to 1090 MHz and featuring 32.1 dB gain. It is designed for pulsed avionics transponder applications, including TCAS, Mode S and ADS-B.
Platinum Series Terminations and Attenuators
Part of Radiall’s global Test & Measurement offering, this new Platinum Series offers easy integration for communication matrices, test benches and laboratories where high RF performance and reliability are essential. The product range includes terminations and attenuators up to 40 GHz, with a variety of commonly-used connectors.
