Richardson RFPD, Inc. announced today the availability and full design support capabilities for a new GaAs SPDT non-reflective switch from MACOM Technology Solutions Inc.

The MASW-011107-DIE is a versatile, broadband, non-reflective SPDT switch offered as a bare die part. It operates from DC to 26.5 GHz and provides less than 2.0 dB insertion loss and greater than 40 dB isolation. The combination of broadband performance, fast switching and excellent settling time makes this device versatile for a range of applications, including test and measurement, electronic warfare, and broadband communication systems.

The MASW-011107-DIE is fabricated using MACOMs’ mature 0.5 µm low gate-lag pHEMT process, which features full surface passivation for a high performance and high reliability.

• Isolation: 46 dB @ 20 GHz
