WHAT
Richardson RFPD will be highlighting Gallium Nitride (GaN) and Silicon Carbide (SiC) technologies in wireless charging and DC fast charging applications. The latest components and evaluation platforms for charging applications from GaN Systems, Microsemi, Vincotech and Wolfspeed will be on display. Richardson RFPD will also feature associated passive and thermal products optimized for GaN and SiC and charging applications from Advanced Thermal Solutions, Analog Devices, Astrodyne TDI, Cornell Dubilier, Power Integrations, pSemi, Recom Power, Tamura, and Wakefield-Vette.

Visitors to Richardson RFPD’s booth will be entered into a drawing to win a gallium nitride (GaN), silicon carbide (SiC) or gate driver evaluation product. Following the show, Richardson RFPD will select five individual winners who will each receive one evaluation product of their choice.
