New Xinger® High-power Couplers for Sub-6 GHz 5G Wireless Infrastructure

TTM Technologies Radio Frequency & Specialty Components business unit recently expanded its Xinger® brand coupler product offering. Covering sub-6 GHz 5G bands from 1.7 GHz–6.3 GHz, the X4C20J1-03G, X4C25J1-03G, X4C35J1-03G, X4C45J1-03G and X4C55J1-03G Xinger® brand high power couplers perform at or above customers’ RF performance demands for small form factors.

Measuring 2mm x 1.6mm (0805), these new products leverage proprietary TTM materials and deliver a new industry performance standard with very low insertion loss and 5W power handling. They are suitable for 5G, GPS/GNSS, WiFi including WiFi6, and legacy 4G/LTE applications.

New terminations optimized for 5G wireless infrastructure

TTM has also released three new terminations optimized for 5G wireless infrastructure applications, as well as GPS/GNSS, WiFi including WiFi6, and legacy 4G/LTE. These new terminations include a 100W, 50Ω chip termination, a 125W flangeless termination, and a 150W, 50Ω flangeless mount termination.
