Wolfspeed’s CMPA5259080S is a high-power, two-stage MMIC amplifier housed in a plastic QFN SMT package. Operating at 40 V, the device achieves over 100 W of peak power output (pulse conditions). The device is designed as a final output stage for highly integrated AESA radar system architectures or as a driver to Wolfspeed high power IMFETs.
