The RFPD-RC-4450-50 is a complete 4.4-5 GHz RF Front-End, designed to help reduce engineering cost and time for designs using transceivers with DPD. This development platform is available as a licensable design and can be modified to support a wide range of operating conditions. The transmit output has a PSAT of approximately 40 W and supplies 2W average at the antenna when used with a 10 dB PAR signal and the receive has a 1.6 noise figure.
