La série PUC-BG est une gamme de convertisseurs DC/DC isolés et non régulés de 2 W adaptés aux marchés de l'industrie et des transports, spécifiquement conçus pour les applications de commande de grille pour les dispositifs IGBT, Si et SiC.
Housed in an industry standard SIP7 package measuring 19.5×9.8×12.5 mm (0.77×0.385×0.49 in), the series is available with fixed input voltages of 12 V, 15 V & 24 V, and offer various dual asymmetric output voltages suitable for the majority of different turn-on and turn-off gate voltages. They offer an input to output isolation level of 6000 Vdc, reinforced insulation with a 250 Vac working voltage, and no minimum load is required for operation. Isolation capacitance values are typically <6 pF, a critical requirement in such high dv/dt applications.
Les niveaux d'efficacité atteignent 81% et la plage de température de fonctionnement s'étend de -40°C à +100°C.
