La serie PUC-BG è una gamma di convertitori CC/CC isolati e non regolati da 2 W adatti ai mercati dell'industria e dei trasporti, progettati specificamente per applicazioni di pilotaggio di gate per dispositivi IGBT, Si e SiC.
Housed in an industry standard SIP7 package measuring 19.5×9.8×12.5 mm (0.77×0.385×0.49 in), the series is available with fixed input voltages of 12 V, 15 V & 24 V, and offer various dual asymmetric output voltages suitable for the majority of different turn-on and turn-off gate voltages. They offer an input to output isolation level of 6000 Vdc, reinforced insulation with a 250 Vac working voltage, and no minimum load is required for operation. Isolation capacitance values are typically <6 pF, a critical requirement in such high dv/dt applications.
