Analog Devices’ EVAL-ADuM4120EBZ supports the ADuM4120 single-channel gate drivers with 150kV/usec CMTI, 2A peak drive output capability and low propagation delay (< 51 ns). ADI’s iCoupler® technology provides isolation between the input signal and the output gate driver. The EVAL-ADuM4120EBZ is populated with the ADuM4120ARIZ which has 4.4V UVLO.
