We are pleased to offer our customers the convenience of applying for credit online through our trusted partner, Dun & Bradstreet.

This form is applicable exclusively to companies with business addresses in the United States of America or Canada.

Steps to Complete Application

  1. Click Apply for Credit to access the secure online credit application form.
  2. Fill out all required fields with accurate information.
  3. If you need to pause your application, you can save your progress and return to complete it at any time.
  4. Upload any required documentation directly through the form to ensure we have all the necessary information for a complete application.
  5. If you have a D-U-N-S number, please enter it on the form. This will facilitate easier and faster credit checks.

Documentation Required

  • Purchase Order
  • Tax Exempt Certificate (if applicable)
  • Federal Tax ID Number

Post-Submission

Our team will review your application promptly and get back to you with a decision.

Ensure that you enable pop-ups for this site.

  1. Start by filling out your company information (name, address, etc.) and click on “Load Next Section”.
  2. Identify the matched company from D&B based on the appropriate address and select it.
  1. Click on “Choose File” to select the PO to support the credit request.
  2. Provide a title for the file and click on “Save”.
  3. If you select Tax Exempt, you will be able to upload your Tax Document further in the application.
Click on “Save for Later” and make sure you save the Application Id.
  1. Click on “Returning Customer” from the Richardson RFPD website.
  2. Access your application using the email address you entered and the Application Id that gets generated.
  • Accounts Payable Information
  • Trade References (You can upload a document with the trade references at the bottom of the section).
  1. Review the D&B Terms and Conditions and Richardson RFPD T&C.
  2. Select the checkbox and type in your name and your email.
  1. Trade References are required to support your credit application. These references should be from companies you have done business with and can vouch for your creditworthiness.
  2. You can provide the following details for each trade reference:
    • Company Name
    • Contact Person
    • Phone Number
    • Email Address
    • Address
  3. If you have your trade references in a document, you can simply upload the document with the trade references at the bottom of the section.
