Empower RF offers a full line of basic function module level building blocks for customers interested in integrating only power amplifier stages in their design. These modules are used in a variety of applications as either a standalone PA or as an integral part of a customer’s higher level systems design.

RF Module Configurations  for Volume Applications

Includes RF and microwave amplifiers covering the band from 500Mhz to 6000Mhz in a single module with either GaN or GaAs devices. Custom and standard power amplifiers available with high linearity, low noise figure, and very low error vector magnitude (EVM). 

High Power RF Amplifier (1212)

2000 to 6000 MHz amplifier guaranteed to deliver 50W minimum output power and related RF performance under all specified temperature and environmental conditions.

Watch Empower RF 30 minute video presentation describing a modern architecture and its benefits for implementing RF & microwave SSPAs in the tens and hundreds of kilowatts.
