TTM recently announced its largest product release to date with the introduction of the 0603 (1.5mm x 0.7mm) narrow and broadband couplers and balun transformers. These small form factor, high-performance couplers and baluns are designed to meet the aggressive challenges of next-generation densities and performance.

Xinger® 90-Degree 3dB Hybrid Couplers

These low-profile, high-performance 3dB hybrid couplers are in new easy-to-use, manufacturing-friendly surface mount packages. They are available in tape-and-reel for pick-and-place, high-volume manufacturing. Full reels and cut tape versions are also available. All Xinger components are constructed from ceramic filled PTFE composites, which possess excellent electrical and mechanical stability. All parts have been subjected to rigorous qualification testing and units are 100% RF tested. Produced in an ENIG final finish.

Xinger® Directional Couplers

TTM’s Xinger®-brand directional couplers offer you the lowest loss in the industry for their category. Our 2dB to 5dB couplers are best in applications where minimal part-to-part variation is required, as in asymmetrical Doherty combiner applications. In all cases, Xinger® directional couplers operate up to 6 GHz, offer wideband frequency coverage, and are produced with a RoHS-compliant immersion tin finish.

Xinger® Balun Transformers

Xinger® brand balun transformers provide impedance transformation, and convert unbalanced impedance to balanced impedance and vice versa. Xinger® brand baluns have a low profile, offer a compact footprint, and offer higher performance than traditional ceramic and lumped element baluns.
