The CHA8612-QDB is an X-Band (7.9-11 GHz) new HPA designed by UMS to serve commercial and defense communications systems and radar applications. Fabricated with proprietary UMS 0.25 µM GaN on SiC technology.

The circuit is manufactured with a GaN HEMT process, 0.25µm gate length, via holes through the substrate, air bridges and electron beam gate lithography.
