SiC 1MW Inverter

Accelerate high-power designs with our advanced 1.5MVA to 2MW all-SiC modular inverter. Developed by Richardson RFPD for rail, marine, and industrial drives, this solution utilizes Wolfspeed 3.3kV LM SiC technology to reach 99.0% efficiency. The simplified two-level architecture reduces system complexity and footprint while providing a scalable roadmap up to 2.5MW for grid-scale infrastructure.

Featuring Wolfspeed’s 1200 V Gen 4 SiC technology, this 33 kW bi-directional ANPC converter delivers superior efficiency and power density for modern 1500 V solar and energy storage systems. Its scalable architecture supports device paralleling up to 67 kW per phase for 200 kW inverter platforms.
