Programmable 8 output frequency synthesizer. Available as a standalone signal source or in combination with the RadioThorium frequency converter platform to enable multi-channel phase synchronous systems.

BytePipe™

2T2R, 30-6000 MHz with DPD

Credit card sized radio subsystem based on a wideband 2T2R transceiver IC, this capable SoM enables quick development of any sub-6 GHz SDR application.

RadioCarbon

1T1R, 4400-5000 MHz, 30W Psat

SDR-based radio platform with integrated high-power RF front end and digital predistortion, supporting 2T2R from 30–6000 MHz and band-specific optimization.

Radio card with integrated FPGA on the board. Add carrier board to develop an SDR development Kit. Standard, off-the-shelf OEM radio module in a compact package. Hardware customization available. Design files are available under license.

SDR Development Kit

SDR System on Module with carrier board for easy access to I/O, Ethernet, USB, JTAG and serial connections. May include bundled technical support with purchase. Recommended for hardware development.

Communication System Platforms

Multiple board kit that contains SDR SoM, carrier board, and RF Front End. Supports power amplifier linearizing solutions, such as, Digital Pre-Distortion (DPD) or Envelope Tracking (ET).

SoM Carrier Boards

Carrier or Break-out-Board SDR prototyping platform that contains all ncessary interfaces and I/O expansion required for SDR System on Modules. Every SDR SoM is compatible with at least one carrier board option, either integrated into a SDR Development Kit or as a standalone option.

RF FMC Card Reference Designs

Radio card that easily integrates with known FPGA boards in order to develop a radio system. Standard, off-the-shelf prototyping tool. Hardware design files are available and supporting software is available under license.
