The CHA3024-QGG from United Monolithic Semiconductors is a distributed 2-22 GHz LNA with Adjustable Gain Control (AGC) and 3dB NF. It is designed for a wide range of applications, including electronic warfare, X- and Ku-band point-to-point radio, and test instrumentation.
