The Wolfspeed WolfPACK module family uses a fixed interval pin-grid for rapid development of alternate configurations, and devices are currently available in half-bridge and six-pack configurations. With no baseplate, the module substrate is cooled directly, and the standard module height allows reuse of thermal management solutions between converter designs, even when using alternate module configurations.
